Boil 3 squid carcasses in boiling water.
Cook for exactly three minutes.
Cool and cut into thin strips.
Grate boiled carrots, pickled cucumber, egg.
Finely chop the dill.
Mix everything, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise.
