Recipe preparation
Defrost the squids, peel, cut into strips and scald with boiling water - let them drain.
The mushrooms were frozen, so I boiled them slightly.
We cut the mushrooms into small strips and send them to a hot frying pan with 1 tbsp. sesame oil (if not, take an odorless vegetable), fry until golden.
Add the squid and quickly fry with the mushrooms - no more than a minute.
We put aside the mushrooms and squid for now, and at this time add another 1 tbsp to the pan. l. sesame oil and quickly fry the finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Add hot pepper cut into thin half rings.
Now add the sweetener, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar and 3 tbsp. soy sauce.
Mix quickly, add our squid with mushrooms.
Fry everything together for 1 minute and remove from heat.
