Recipe preparation

Remove the legs of the mushrooms.

Chop the legs, mix with finely chopped onions and ham and fry until soft.

Then add sour cream, mix, keep on fire for literally a minute.

Pour in finely chopped dill, mix again and remove from the stove.

Add a couple of tablespoons of grated cheese to the mixture.

Stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting mass.

We put all this on a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese, add water literally a centimeter and put it in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 25 minutes.

Open the oven 5 minutes before the end and sprinkle the mushrooms on top with grated cheese.
