Recipe preparation

Shirataki rice - 100g - boil

Avocado - 1 pc - peel, cut into small cubes

Egg - 1pc. - boil - cut into small cubes

Fresh cucumber - 1pc. - peel - cut into small cubes

Shrimp s / m - 100g - hold for a minute in boiling water

Cream cheese (Philadelphia) - 100g - lightly freeze - cut into cubes

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Lay the salad in layers:

Rice - avocado - plum. cheese - egg (add a little salt) - mayonnaise - cucumber - shrimp - plum. cheese.

Garnish with herbs when serving.
