Recipe preparation

Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, add water, bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute, drain the water.

Chop the onion, fry in olive oil, add chopped pepper, chopped white cabbage, chopped tomato, garlic, prepared cauliflower, stew everything.

Transfer to a saucepan, add water, broth, melted cheese and boiled chicken hearts.

Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are ready.

Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
