Recipe preparation

Waffle recipe: Three eggs, three tablespoons. sour cream, two tbsp. l. mayonnaise, sweetener dissolved in a teaspoon of boiling water (7-10 tablespoons), half a spoonful of baking powder and 80 g of flour.

Cream: a pack of soft butter, 100 ml of milk or cream, lemon zest and a little lemon juice, sweetener to taste.

Beat with a mixer.

Coat the waffles with cream.
