Recipe preparation

- Chop the chicken carcass into pieces, pour over soy sauce, salt and leave for an hour. Fry in vegetable oil. Put in a thick-walled saucepan, pour water and put to stew.

- Fry vegetables, add tomato paste.

Yahnia is a stew of meat and vegetables. Yahnia can be a second course or a thick soup (which I prefer). Vegetables can be anything. I wanted to cook yakhnia with zucchini, but in the freezer I found only cauliflower). The taste was satisfied.
