Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

2. Slice the lemon and chop the parsley, then place them inside the carp.

3. Drizzle the carp with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

4. Bake the carp for 25–30 minutes.

5. Boil the broccoli and carrots until tender.
