Grate zucchini on a fine grater
Squeeze the squash mass well
Grate the onion, add to the zucchini
Salt and pepper the squash mass, add the egg and flour
Mix well
Fry on both sides until golden brown
Serve prepared pancakes with sour cream
Can be sprinkled with herbs and grated cheese
