Recipe preparation

Wash the zucchini, cut off the sidewalls 1.5 cm thick from each and carefully remove the core from the main part with a teaspoon.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Wash the greens, dry and chop finely.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheese, garlic and herbs.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff the zucchini with the prepared filling, fix the top with toothpicks.

Place on a baking sheet, grease with oil and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30–35 minutes.
