Cut the courgettes into circles, season with salt, set aside for 20 minutes.
Then fry in oil on both sides.
Since we fry without flour, it is best to blot the circles with a paper towel before frying.
Ready-made (optional) can be laid out again on towels to remove excess oil.
Prepare a mixture of mayonnaise with garlic, passed through a garlic press.
Put a layer of taverns in a flat-bottomed dish and coat with mayonnaise-garlic sauce.
Lay the next layer and coat it as well.
If the circles are thin, you can make 5 layers, if thicker - 2 layers are enough.
Put a slice of tomato on top of the zucchini, grease with the sauce again and sprinkle with a little greens.
