After giving birth, Jennifer weighed nearly 90 kg, felt miserable and unattractive, and suffered from lack of energy. Friends told her to accept it, but she wanted to prove that her body could change for the better.

She started eating properly: eliminated processed foods and synthetic products, ate plenty of healthy foods, vegetables and fruits, nuts and seeds, as well as lean sources of protein. When preparing for competitions, she increased protein intake (two shakes per day, plenty of lean meat) and reduced the proportion of sweet fruits. The main sources of carbohydrates became brown rice and sweet potatoes.

Jennifer led group fitness classes 4-6 times per week, then started strength training three times per week, and later went to the gym five times per week. Weight loss was slow (about 450 g per week), but she stayed motivated by looking at photos of people she wanted to resemble and fitness competitions.

Less than 10 months after giving birth, she returned to the competition stage and was proud that she didn't give up.
