When prepping for a competition, I tend to do the same exercises on the same days as I do in muscle building season, but I work with less weight and sometimes do more reps since I already have the mass.
I prefer to lift lighter weights with more reps because I realized that at this stage of training I look sleeker and not as athletic than when I work with heavy weights. The order and number of exercises may vary.
There are times when I do cardio every other day instead of every day.
