Salt fillet, season to taste, fry, cut into strips.
Wash and cut the salad and Chinese cabbage, cubes of tomatoes, olives into rings.
Add mayonnaise, a little mustard, a little crushed garlic, mix.
Grate Parmesan or other cheese on top.
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a pan with butter, squeeze out a few cloves of garlic there.
Sprinkle croutons over the salad.
