Recipe preparation

Cut the egg white, hard cheese and ham into strips and mix gently with the mayonnaise.

Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater, add the crushed garlic and a little mayonnaise to keep the cheese.

Dump balls from this mass and roll in grated yolk (on a fine grater).

Place the eggs in the middle of a large platter.

Cover them with a cooked mixture of ham, protein cheese and mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with dried parsley or dill.
