Recipe preparation

Boil the beef, cut into strips.

We also cut the cucumbers.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry it in vegetable oil.

Boil eggs and chop finely.

Boil mushrooms and fry in oil.

Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with cheese on top.
