Dice the onion and fry until golden brown in a little vegetable oil.

Mix.
Form the meatballs.
Grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil.
Add fried onions and carrots to a saucepan in water, salt.
Bring to a boil.
Put the prepared meatballs in the soup.
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into small cubes.
After 5-7 minutes add zucchini to the soup.
Add bay leaves, spices to taste.
Cut the curds into small cubes.
Add the cheese curds to the soup when the zucchini is ready.
We mix well so that the curds dissolve.
After 3 minutes, add the herbs.
