Recipe preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Wash, dry, chop, salt and pepper the chicken breast.

Simmer in 1 glass of water for 5-7 minutes after it boils.

Transfer to a baking dish.

Wash the mushrooms and chop coarsely.

Onion, cut into half rings.

Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop finely.

Grate the carrots.

Fry onions, mushrooms, carrots in a dry frying pan without oil.

Add broth, salt and pepper, and let the liquid evaporate by about a third.

When the sauce is almost ready, add the garlic.

Pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken, cover the dish with a lid or tighten with foil and send to the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, then remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes to get a golden crust.
