Recipe preparation
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise not to the end, beat off, pepper and salt.
Prepare an omelet.
Take 3 eggs, add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise and beat.
Add bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, herbs to the omelet to taste.
Fry an omelet.
Spread the omelet on the chicken fillet, trimming off the excess edges.
Roll up.
Roll the roll tightly in plastic wrap from all sides.
Place in a saucepan with water and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
Take out, cool and put in the refrigerator.
Peel off the film and cut.
