Recipe preparation

Cut the chicken breast into 4 layers, beat off, season with salt and pepper.

Grate 1 carrot, finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil.

Cut 2 small cucumbers into long straw strips.

We spread carrots and onions, a couple of parsley leaves and a couple of dill leaves on the meat with a thin layer.

Put a few cucumber straws on the onions with carrots.

Add a few drops of tomato paste or ketchup.

We roll it into rolls and fix it with skewers.

Place in a mold, place a few cloves of garlic, chopped with a knife, and bake in the oven at 220 ° C, first covered or in foil.

Then open it and let it brown.

When serving, you can pull out the skewers.
