Recipe preparation
Grind the chicken meat in a blender, add salt, pepper, spices and garlic to taste, then 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise and carefully add 3 very well-beaten whites (yolks are not needed).
Put in a greased dish and bake in a preheated oven.
When the Soufflé is ready, put chopped tomatoes on top, make a mayonnaise mesh and sprinkle with grated cheese, bake for another 5-10 minutes.
