Recipe preparation

400 gr. lean beef, 50 gr. salted bacon, mince 1 small onion.

Add 2 tbsp. tomato puree, 1 egg, 1 finely chopped tomato, 1 clove of garlic, basil, oregano, 100 gr. finely grated mozzarella, salt, pepper.

Mix thoroughly, form cutlets.

Fry in a pan on both sides until tender.
