Recipe preparation

Cut the eggplants lengthwise into thin slices, salt and leave.

We cut oyster mushrooms.

Fry and salt, cut the chicken into cubes, cubes and tomatoes and cucumbers too.

Grate the cheese, add chopped dill to the mayonnaise for the sauce and squeeze the garlic.

Fry the eggplant slices in vegetable oil.

Then we take a deep bowl and cover it with slices of eggplant, grease with sauce, then cucumbers, again eggplant, grease with sauce.

By this principle, we lay all the layers further:

Chicken, eggplant, sauce,

cheese, eggplant, sauce,

tomatoes, eggplant, sauce,

oyster mushrooms, then cover everything with eggplants.

We put it in the refrigerator overnight, in the morning turn it onto a plate, carefully remove the bowl.
