Recipe preparation
Boil porcini mushrooms (can be replaced with champignons).
Cut the ham into cubes.
Boil eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.
Chop the onion and fry in a little vegetable oil.
Cut the boiled mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Grate cheese.
Mix all ingredients (except cucumbers), salt, season with mayonnaise or sour cream, mix.
Form the salad on a flat plate.
Cut into thin strips of cucumber.
