Recipe preparation

Cut the ham into cubes.

Boil eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.

Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in a little vegetable oil.

Grate cheese.

Mix all ingredients (except cucumbers), salt, season with mayonnaise, mix.

Form the salad on a flat plate.

Cut into thin strips of cucumber and press them one by one into the salad to the bottom.
