Recipe preparation

First, peel a pomegranate and put 100 g of its seeds into a bowl. Next, it’s time for apples and pears. Cut 150 g of apples and 150 g of pears into medium-sized cubes (about 1 cm per side) and add them to the bowl with the pomegranate.

Peel a kiwi and cut 150 g into cubes of similar size to the apples. Then, peel mandarins, separate them into segments, remove the white pith (which is edible and healthy), measure 150 g, and cut them as well. If the segments are small, cut them in half; if large, cut them into 3 or 4 pieces.

Do the same with a banana — peel and cut 150 g into pieces. Gently mix all the fruits together.

For one serving, take a small bowl, place some of the fruit mixture in it, then add a little yogurt on top, repeat this layer once more, and finish with a few pieces of fruit from the salad on top.

Your fruit salad is ready!
