Recipe preparation

Rinse the meat, dry, cut into cubes 2 * 2 cm.

Put a piece of butter in a preheated frying pan or cauldron, melt and fry the garlic on it, remove the garlic and fry the beef in garlic oil, if there is a lot of liquid, drain it into a container (later we will need it).

Add a tablespoon of finely chopped onion to the meat, fry for 3-5 minutes and add grated zucchini, 2 tablespoons of volume. pasta and stir fry for another 5 minutes.

Add water 250 ml. and our juice from meat, bay leaves and peppercorns.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, add water if necessary.

You can sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Boiled cauliflower is ideal for garnish.
