Recipe preparation

Take 1 herring and cut into 2 boneless fillets.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Take half a red pepper and cut it into squares.

Cut boiled egg and cooked carrots into small cubes.

Finely chop the herbs.

Soak 1 tablespoon of instant gelatin in 100g of boiling water.

Mix 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 2-3 tablespoons of gelatin solution.

Mix with prepared sliced fish stuffing (leave cucumber and red pepper and do not mix with mayonnaise).

Now we take the cling film and put on it in layers:

half of the fillet, half of the egg and carrot mixture, half of the cucumber and pepper plates, now repeat: the other half of the egg and carrot mixture, the other half of the cucumber plates and the other half of the herring fillet.

Wrap tightly in the form of a sausage or rectangle with food film, tie the edges.

Leave in the fridge overnight.
