Blend all the ingredients for the sauce (onion, garlic, hot chili, 1 tbsp paprika, lemon, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste), add half a cup of water, and set aside.
Pound the chicken breasts on both sides on a cutting board. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
In the same pan, sauté the red and yellow bell peppers.
In a baking dish, pour in the piri-piri sauce, place the chicken on top, then add the peppers. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10–15 minutes.
