
Chicken Patties with Broccoli, Lentils, and Salad

Recipe preparation
1. Cook the lentils and asparagus: Rinse the lentils and boil them in salted water until tender. Boil the asparagus for 4–6 minutes after the water starts boiling, then drain and let cool.
2. Prepare the mince: Chop onion, chicken fillet, and broccoli. Pass all through a meat grinder. To the minced mixture, add fiber, oat flour, egg, salt, and spices to taste, then mix thoroughly.
3. Form the patties: Heat a pan with olive oil. Fry the patties over low heat, covered, for 5 minutes on each side.
4. Prepare a simple healthy salad: To the boiled asparagus, add canned corn and salt to taste. Mix well — the salad is ready.
5. Pack into meal containers: In the first container, put the salad; in the second container, place the lentils with the patties.
