Recipe preparation

Cut the chicken into thin slices and fry in butter until golden brown.

Put the chicken in a baking dish, put the tomatoes on top, cut into circles.

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper well.

Pour the egg mixture over the meat with tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, put in the oven or microwave under the grill for 15 minutes.

As soon as the cheese is browned on top, the omelet is ready.

Sprinkle it with finely chopped herbs and serve it to the table.
