Sprinkle the mackerel fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cut the mushrooms and onion into cubes, fry in vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Fold the foil in 2 - 3 layers.
Grease a little with vegetable oil, lay the mackerel skin side down.
Grease with mayonnaise in a thin layer, put mushrooms and onions, smooth and sprinkle with cheese grated on a fine grater.
Bake in the oven or in the airfryer.
