Recipe preparation

Grate zucchini and carrots on a fine grater, season with salt and pepper, beat in an egg and add cream.

Stir, arrange in molds.

Minced meat: pork and chicken fillet 50x50, salt and pepper.

Form cutlets, place each cutlet on top of the vegetables.

Cut the tomato into thin slices, put on the minced meat.

Top with mayonnaise and grated cheese on a coarse grater.

Bake in the oven until golden brown.
