Recipe preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F).

In a small bowl, combine both types of cheese, chopped mushrooms, spinach, egg, oregano, salt and black pepper

Place one slice of salami at the bottom of the small muffin trays

Fill 3/4 of the molds with cheese filling

Place the tins on a baking sheet and in a preheated oven

Bake for 20-25 minutes

Remove the finished muffins from the oven, let cool slightly
