We drive eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise to them, a little spices if desired and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
For the filling, cut the liver into pieces, salt and pepper and fry in 50 g of butter on all sides.
Three carrots on a fine grater, chop the onion finely and also fry until tender.
When the liver cools down, pass it through a meat grinder, add softened butter, fried onions with carrots and beat with a blender until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the omelet mass onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and send it to an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
