Recipe preparation

Grate carrots, finely chop the onion and bell pepper.

Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil, add bell peppers, salt, spices, fry a little all together, add finely chopped parsley.

Wash and dry the meat.

Salt, pepper and beat each piece of pork.

Put the filling on top of the meat and roll into a roll.

Grease a baking dish lightly with vegetable oil, lay out the pork rolls.
