Recipe preparation

Cut the salmon into thin strips.

Cut the champignons into thin petals.

Cut a small onion into thin half rings.

Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Green lettuce + add some Chinese cabbage.

Season with olive oil and mayonnaise.

Add a little lemon juice, rub hard cheese on top on a coarse grater.
