I cut the pork into small cubes, cook until tender.
I boil two eggs.
While the pork and eggs are boiling, fry the onions and carrots
Add to the pan, then add the chopped and diced sorrel eggs.
Let it boil for another minute and turn it off.
Add diced fresh cucumber and mayonnaise to the cooled soup.
