Rub the pork with salt, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers, make holes with a knife, put chopped garlic in there and put it in a container, previously covered with foil (slightly grease the foil with vegetable oil).
Place together with a couple of mushrooms.
Now on a grater three champignons, cheese, finely chop hot red pepper, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to this and mix thoroughly.
We carefully and beautifully spread this mixture on the pork.
Then we send it to the oven at a temperature of about 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
