Recipe preparation

Salt and pepper the minced meat.

Cut the mushrooms into small slices, the onion into half rings.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Peel the zucchini, cut lengthwise into thin slices (the thinner the better) 3 mm slices, lightly salt.

Grease the cake pan with vegetable oil, lay the zucchini so that the edges of the zucchini hang down.

Place half of the minced meat.

The next layer is mushrooms and onions, then the rest of the minced meat.

Chop tomatoes, lay on top,

salt, pepper, grease with mayonnaise with garlic and dill, cover with zucchini tips, cover with a layer of mayonnaise.

Place in the oven and simmer until tender.

Put the finished cake on a dish, garnish with tomatoes and herbs.
