Recipe preparation

The cauliflower should be divided into inflorescences, the eggplant should be cut into small cubes and salt to remove the bitterness.

Onions - cut into small cubes, carrots - grate.

Place the cabbage in boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Fry chopped onions in vegetable oil, add grated carrots and then eggplants.

Cook the vegetable mixture for about 10 minutes more.

At the end of cooking, add the cabbage and simmer for a few more minutes with the lid closed.
