Recipe preparation

Remove the skin from the chicken legs and remove the bones, leaving the very tip.

Pass the chicken meat through a meat grinder.

Chop the mushrooms and fry over high heat.

Pass the fried onions, carrots and mushrooms through a meat grinder and add to the minced chicken.

Also add a raw egg, salt, pepper and finely chopped dill to the minced meat.

Coat the legs with mayonnaise and place them on a greased baking sheet with the seam down.
