Recipe preparation

1. Rinse the spinach under running water and blend it in a blender. While blending, gradually add part of the milk and the egg, then blend again until smooth.

2. Add a pinch of salt to the flour and pour in the spinach mixture, whisking continuously. Then add the remaining milk until the batter reaches a consistency slightly thicker than regular pancake batter.

3. Grease a pan with vegetable oil and heat it. Fry the pancakes on both sides for a few minutes.

4. Spread each pancake with a layer of cottage cheese, place pieces of salmon on top, roll up the pancakes, and cut diagonally.
