Recipe preparation

Fry the ground meat with spices until cooked.

Add separately sautéed onions and carrots, mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, 200 g mayonnaise, eggs, and baking mix.

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in half of the batter.

Spread the meat and vegetable mixture on top.

Pour the remaining batter over the filling.

Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 45 minutes until golden and set.
