Some bodybuilders promote a minimalist approach to arm training. They believe that in the general context of strength training, the arms are on the sidelines, because compared to, say, the quads or the back, they are relatively small. Larry Edwards is not one of them. Each arm workout turns into a blitzkrieg with him, including supersets, high volume load and high intensity work. The result is insane pumping and more centimeters when measuring arm circumference.
Edwards insists that his approach will work for anyone who wants to stretch their T-shirt sleeves, including you.
Another advantage of this approach is that it saves time. Limit your rest periods and you can blast through this high-volume workout in less than an hour - you'll likely need around 45 minutes.
