Justin struggled with excess weight since childhood, was teased at school, couldn't wear fashionable clothes, felt insecure, and faced rejection when applying for jobs. Inspired by a friend who lost 5 kg, he started running every day and eating three small meals. He then increased his workload: going to the gym twice a day – a 5 km run in the afternoon and strength training in the evening. In 6 months, he lost 40 kg, reaching a weight of 80 kg. However, rapid weight loss led to loose skin. Gaining muscle mass to tighten the skin didn't help (fat started to accumulate again), so the only solution was plastic surgery. Justin's idol was Steve Cook, whose advice on setting long-term goals and writing them down helped him move forward. He found motivation in family and friends. The loss of his father, who battled cancer, was a difficult moment but also an additional motivation – today Justin dedicates his life to bodybuilding and helping others.

Justin's diet follows the 40/20/40 principle (protein, fats, carbohydrates). He consumes 2.6 g of protein per kilogram of body weight daily, 20% of calories from fats, about 40 g of fiber, and no more than 50 g of sugar per day. He curbs hunger with non-fat sugar-free yogurt. He counts calories using an app. The caloric value of the diet is 2450 calories.

Training: Justin sticks to 8-12 repetitions per set, always using sufficiently heavy weight. When he reaches 12 repetitions, he adds weight so that 8 repetitions become challenging again. Rest between sets is 1 minute, making the workout fast, intense, and fat-burning. Before each workout – 10 minutes of cardio warm-up and active stretching of target muscles.
