Recipe preparation

Cut the chicken breasts in half, then cut the halves, but not completely.

We will get two halves again, connected to each other.

Beat each side, salt, pepper or use your favorite spices.

Filling:

Chop the onion, red pepper not coarsely, rub the carrots and fry in vegetable oil, add finely chopped garlic at the end.

Put in a bowl, add grated cheese, chopped herbs and stir.

Put the filling on one half of the beaten fillet and cover with the other half.

Press it with your palm.

Then dip in a beaten egg and fry in a pan.
