Cut the chicken into pieces, sprinkle with chicken seasoning, salt, mix well and leave to marinate.
We cut the zucchini into thin slices, carrots - into strips or three on a coarse grater, onions - in half rings.
Finely chop the garlic.
Remove the peel from the tomatoes.
Finely chop the parsley.
We take a deep frying pan, heat it up and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
Fry the onions separately until golden brown.
Add carrots and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Then add garlic, zucchini, tomatoes and 1 glass of water.
We connect everything and simmer for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley, stir and let it brew.
