Recipe preparation
Fish (you can use any) cut into pieces. Add salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon (optional).
Lubricate a piece of foil with vegetable oil, lay a piece of fish, vegetables on top.
Fry carrots, onions, zucchini. Add 0.5 tsp. tomato paste, mix with salt and pepper. At the end, add 1 tsp. mayonnaise.
Twist the foil (should get a bag). Place in a mold and put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 230.
After 15 minutes, open the foil, put a circle of tomato and a little grated cheese on the vegetables. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
