Recipe preparation

Let's prepare the minced meat.

Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with onions, add chopped garlic, ground pepper, soda and cold mineral water.

Mix the minced meat thoroughly for 5 minutes.

We close the dishes with minced meat with a lid and put them in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

During this time, it will mature and acquire taste and aroma.

We take the minced meat out of the refrigerator, add finely chopped smoked brisket to it, mix thoroughly.

Now the minced meat must be beaten off well.

Moisten a dish or cutting board with water. We moisten our hands with water, take a piece of minced meat the size of a chicken egg, make a cake out of it.

Sprinkle with herbs, a little bell pepper and grated cheese.

Roll the cake with wet hands.

We form a sausage from a roll: carefully seal the edges and seam.

We do this with the rest of the minced meat.

Fry the sausages in a frying pan in vegetable oil over low heat, turning, until golden brown.

Put the finished kebabs in a saucepan, close the lid and let them stand for 2-3 minutes.
